ZC has a mature professional test driver team, which can provide all kinds of road test support for automotive complete vehicle manufacturers. And more than 30% become professional senior test drivers recognized by SAIC VW.

*Senior test driver:
        1. At least 5 years professional test driving experience;
        2. Middle level certificate of vehicle maintenance and repair;
        3. Pass severe driver qualification test by SAIC VW proving ground;

        4. Master all kinds of test specification for proving ground road and public road, such as body and chassis abnormal sound test, engine test, complete vehicle electrical test,          automatic parking test, ice and snow road test, plateau test and etc;

        5. Be able to make a professional malfunction/complaint evaluation for driving vehicle.

To ensure test tasks in normal operation for clients, we also have a safety production management team and a set of test support team. Wherever the test driver team go, we are reliable support team for automotive complete vehicle manufacturers .

There is a large number of experienced engineers and technicians in our team, with many years of professional test and technical work experience on vehicle emission test, vehicle temperature test, vehicle driving performance test, vehicle kinematic interference test, vehicle NVH sound package production and installation, AC bench test, engine noise bench test, parts sound insulation test, white body stiffness test and so on.

In the national homologation section of SAIC VW TE Division, there is a small team responsible for complete vehicle CCC parts and environmental protection, announcement of critical components COP (Conformity Production) control and check.

They are mainly active in SAIC VW’s various manufacture plants, Shanghai factories(three), Yizheng factory, Nanjing factory, Ningbo factory and Changsha factory. All these body plants, assembly lines and factory warehouses are  checked 1-2 times per year.

To ensure SAIC VW vehicles to meet national requirements and normal sale, our earnest efforts and meticulosity make us play a “security officer” role, our job won unanimous recognition from SAIC VW colleagues and leaders in the different department.

SAIC VW has hundreds of models, and every model has thousands of parts information which is required to take sample and archive. For each component information, part number, type number, manufacture code, factory, CCC mark and etc, we have done most rigorous sampling and most careful achievement. In addition, it is possible that parts could be changed frequently, it is required us to communicate and coordinate with declaration engineers for various model, and try the best to master the most timeliness and most comprehensive part information, which to ensure the consistency of data between declaration and production. If the most perfect quality control is linked by a circle of various departments, we will be the most indispensable and most solid part of this circle.

Road simulation with 4-channel test is a kind of test way to  reproduce the actual road driving mode in the laboratory. It mainly evaluates the fatigue strength property of vehicle body and interior and exterior parts, which can effectively shorten the vehicle development cycle and reduce development cost.

In SAIC VW, whether it is a new development or generation changes of model, all need to pass the vehicle road simulation test and then can be into the market. In the technology center of SAIC VW, ZC has a such R&D team whose core work is for road simulation with 4-channel test.

Before the test, a series of preparation is done with collecting test parts, checking vehicle condition, measuring gap, weighting vehicle, adjusting bench wheelbase, optimizing system PID and etc;

In the test, strict inspection and monitoring on complete vehicle failure and bench equipment operation. To ensure test vehicle can be accurately response with drive signal, it is required to change the damaged test parts in time.

After the test, technicians use special equipment to measure the residual torque for the bolt, and check body damage and give feedback, complete test reports and follow up the part optimization.
